God birthed in the heart of Rev. MARIO R DE TORRES in 1985 to purchase this property and start the building construction when he pioneered and pastored Santa Rosa Bible Baptist Church in 1979 at a small apartment located in Brgy. Kanluran at the town proper. In 2013, the pastorate was turned over to Dr. ADIEL H DE TORRES, the Lead Pastor of VICTORY BAPTIST CHURCH, whom God used to expand, completely finish, renovate and furnish this four-storey edifice which is now the HOME of now Victory Baptist Church in the Philippines that started in 2006. Know God. Find Purpose. Live in Victory. We are Better Together serving the Lord. Together, we commit to glorify God, serve Christ, and advance His Kingdom.
