God birthed in the heart of Rev. MARIO R DE TORRES in 1985 to purchase this property and start the building construction when he pioneered and pastored Santa Rosa Bible Baptist Church in 1979 at a small apartment located in Brgy. Kanluran at the town proper. In 2013, the pastorate was turned over to Dr. ADIEL H DE TORRES, the Lead Pastor of VICTORY BAPTIST CHURCH, whom God used to expand, completely finish, renovate and furnish this four-storey edifice which is now the HOME of now Victory Baptist Church in the Philippines that started in 2006. Together, we commit to glorify God, serve Christ, and advance His Kingdom.

Pastor Adiel De Torres
Lead and Executive Pastor ADIEL DE TORRES is the Lead Pastor of Victory Baptist Church - Philippines in City of Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. He has led this church-family to be very dynamic and well-organized to meet their growing needs. His personal engagement with people and personalities from all walks of life has widened his Christian influence and ministry. He finished his bachelor's degree in Sociology at the University of the Philippines and both his masters and doctorate degrees at Clarksville Theological Seminary, N.C., USA. He is blessed to have a loving and industrious wife, Pam and two boys Maron and Nathan who are serving in the ministry as well.

Preacher Joel Mendez
Nurturing children to know, love, and follow Christ. Provides biblical teaching, guidance, and care while creating a safe and joyful environment where children can grow in God’s Word, develop their faith, and build a lasting relationship with Jesus. Works alongside parents and ministry volunteers to help every child grow spiritually and discover their place in God’s purpose.
Preacher Rey Stephen "Tebs" Buslon
Investing in the next generation through discipleship, mentorship, and biblical teaching. Equips young people to grow in Christ, discover their God-given purpose, develop their gifts, and become faithful leaders who impact their church, community, and future generations.
Preacher Derick Lumictin
Discipling single adults to grow in Christ, build meaningful relationships, and live with purpose, grow spiritually, personally, and professionally for God’s purpose. Invests in their lives through discipleship, mentorship, fellowship, and encouragement, equipping them to honor Christ in their careers, relationships, decisions, and daily lives while using their gifts and influence to serve God and others.

Preacher Marlon Mariñas

Encourages the church to honor God with their resources, manage finances responsibly, and give generously for His work, trusting God as the ultimate provider. Oversees financial stewardship with integrity, accountability, and faithfulness, ensuring that every resource entrusted to the ministry is prayerfully and wisely used for God’s glory and the advancement of His work.
Preacher Junard Dela Cruz
Oversees the proper use, upkeep, and organization of church facilities and resources, ensuring that ministries and activities are conducted smoothly and orderly. Works closely with church leaders and ministry teams to address concerns, coordinate operations, and support the overall vision and direction of the church with wisdom, integrity, and a servant’s heart.
